This property and host should’ve banned from this and all booking sites.

Nothing. We didn’t get in. The host double booked.

The host double booked the property. When we arrived we were told we could not enter. We booked in June for a the Sept long weekend. On the day before arrival we received an email with the entry code and told we could check in any time after 4. We arrived at 8pm, exhausted, and the code pad wasn’t working. We called the host and she said that the property was double booked via AirBnB so we could not enter. The other guest had checked in at 4. Too bad for us. We actually ran into the guests and they said they only booked 2 weeks before. On top of the double Booking, ours was actually first. We had no where to stay on the Friday night of a long weekend. Everything was booked. This was absolutely unacceptable.

The property fulfilled our needs.

The neighborhood was beautiful and close to the airport. The house was clean and comfortable.

The coffee maker is wonky! There were some very “experienced” chairs but they served their purpose and didn’t break on us.
