Si tratta di un attico al 4° piano in zona ZTL: la posizione è fantistica, a meno di 100 metri da via dei Fori Imperiali.
Si compone di 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con aria condizionata ed un proprio bagno con lavandino, bidet, wc e vasca da bagno, una cucina completa di tutto (forno, microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ...), un soggiorno con TV e tanti libri, un piccolo balcone interno di servizio ed un ampio terrazzo dal quale si vede la Basilica di Massenzio.
Essendo una mansarda. alcuni ambineti hanno le finestre, mentre altri hanno lucernari con Velux.
La posizione è eccezionale per visitare Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Vittoriano e Musei Capitolini. Anche le zone del Parione e del Campo Marzio sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in meno di 30'.
Ci sono stati un paio di problemini all'arrivo, che sono stati tempestivamente risoldi da Lorenzo e Agata.
Nulla.
Bisogna mettere in conto circa 80 gradini per arrivare al 4° piano, in quanto l'edificio è senza ascensore.
Nel bagno con finestra andrebbe data una sistemata allo scarico del lavandino ed alla vaschetta dello sciacquone del WC.
Purtroppo le temperature estremamente calde di questa estate (39°C di giorno e 28°C di notte) facevano scaldare molto l'appartamento e non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare appieno il terrazzo, che è veramente grande.

From a family perspective it has everything we needed; it was spacious, had washing machine, oven, microwave, outside space & a bath. Close enough to everything in particular the Coloseum, can see parts of the Roman Forum from the terrace.
We knew going in that this was 4 floors up so it wasn't an issue just something for others to be aware of.

Very nice large property conveniently located near the Roman Forum. Apartment was large and airy, and layout is ideal for large family or couples traveling together. Beautiful outdoor sitting area and apartment was well maintained with all the necessary facilities for an extended stay. Check in was simple and host was very responsive.
Apartment’s location on top floor without a Lift would make access for elderly or handicapped difficult. This was something that did not detract at all from our stay however as we were expecting it.
