THIEVES. I PAYED AND COULDN´T USE IT. FEELS LIKE A SCAM. YOU CAN´T SPEAK WITH ANYONE.

NOTHING. TEERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY CHARGED ME AND COULDN´T USE IT BECAUSE THEY DON´T GIVE ANY INFORMATION FOR THE CHECK IN. AND NOW THEY WON´T RETURN THE MONEY. FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

I couldn´t use it because they never answered my messages. IT FELT LIKE A SCAM FROM THE BEGINNING. I was travelling with my 82 year old dad and we were on the streets walking at 8am after a cruise trip without any information about our check in and had to go to another hotel. There´s no way to speak to ANYONE. They just answered one time: when I needed help to make the payment and once I payed, they stopped answering. I reserved with a month of anticipation and NOBODY could help me. One day before I was still asking for instructions to arrive and had no response. Now they won´t return my money and I had to pay 2 hotels for those days. I have all the evidence, all my unanswered messages and they don´t care. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Nice place, excellent location

Right next to the Sagrada Família and Metro. Bus stops are also close. The place was nice and clean, well equipped for two. Communication was good.

The mattress could have been more comfortable :) Shouldn’t be a problem if you’re younger though

Not Recommended

Location ONLY

If you are only looking for a good location, then this property is fine. Other than that, I would not recommend it. On my first day, I was supposed to check in at 15:00, but when I arrived at 17:00, the room had not been cleaned at all. There were dirty towels, bed sheets, and a bathroom left from the previous guests. Although they had already sent me the access code for the building, the room was not ready. After contacting them, they sent housekeeping, and the room was eventually cleaned. Second, the layout of the room is not well organized. The bed is right next to the main entrance instead of being inside the room, so you can literally hear everything outside, including doors slamming. There is also a very bad garbage smell that you have to deal with every time you enter or leave the room, which is extremely unpleasant. The room is also not well equipped. There was no iron, so we had to request one, although they did bring it the same day. There is no washing machine, but there is a dishwasher, which I personally found quite unnecessary. The toaster was also very dirty. At checkout, which was at 11:00, I expected at least some flexibility with a late checkout as a small gesture of appreciation considering what happened during check-in, but nothing was offered. Overall, based on my experience: ⭐ Location: 3/5 its close to Sagrada Familia and its a 20 to 25 minutes walk to plaza de catalunya ⭐ Everything else: 0/5 Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

Great stay. Would definitely book again!

The location was fantastic. Excellent air conditioning. So many restaurants and great coffee shops just outside our door. The area was very safe. Would highly recommend.

A full shower door would be better but the half doors seem to be very common. The floor and mat would get quite wet.

Appartamento comodo e pulito, a pochi metri dalla Sagrada Familia, supermercati e locali in cui pranzare a pochi passi e anche la metro si trova a un centinaio di metri. parecchi luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare. comunicazione con l'host perfetta, istruzioni per l'accesso molto chiare e semplici.

It’s over all clean and central to a lot of tourist attractions

Main bed is not comfortable at all. The bed frame is wobbly and you feel like rocking in it even with a light movement, especially if a couple is sleeping on the main bed.
