fine, not great, if you can get inside that is.

It was a room with a lock in a house. It was close to lots of transit routes, so the location was nice.

I didn't get my check-in information until after check-in. I didn't have access to my messages through Booking.com, so I emailed the property owners requesting it around 10am, called Booking.com to get access to my messages at 11:30, they could see I hadn't received the info and tried calling the property owners with no answer and emailed them to text/email me. I called the number provided to contact the property owners at 1:00pm, the number does not exist (phone numbers are 10 digits, maybe 11 with a +1 in front, this one had 15). Check-in was at 3 pm. When I still didn't get a response, I called Booking.com again, and they finally got ahold of the property owners, who sent me the info so I could get inside. Once inside, I could find 3 signs regarding what not to put my shoes on, but not a single sheet with the Wi-Fi, which is a listed amenity on the listing. Seeing as it took 5+ hours to get a response about the bare minimum of getting into the space I paid for, I couldn't be bothered to search longer than 10 minutes. Once I got to the room, it was also dirty. There were large cobwebs on the ceiling, chunks out of the walls, dust on the baseboards, handprints on the windows, products strewn about the bathroom, and the shower faucet leaked very loudly. All in all, it was not worth the money, and it was the worst experience I've had trying to get into a rental, and I never got an ounce of self-reflection, understanding, or apology from the property owners for the situation.

Bed was clean and comfortable

I would have liked a lamp , tv and coffee maker in the bedroom. No screens on the windows and the fridge needed to be cleaned and more available space

For the price I expected better.

Location is good. Having kitchen facilities was good. Host is fairly responsive on messaging. (but never present on property)

Inside of house hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in years. House main area (lounge/stairwell) is never vented (windows/doors never left open) - it stinks! The rooms have opening windows, so OK. The kitchen gas range has years of grease and burnt food on it - hasn't been cleaned, ever. Unhygenic and gross.

Location is excellent, 350m to bus directly connect to metro. The house is private and quiet, bedroom is comfy and bathroom is clean. The host is very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend

Preis war ok. Ruhige Lage.

In die Jahre gekommen. Lüfter im Bad war komplett verstaubt. Loch in der Wand. Allgemein stellen die Fotos nicht den jetzt Zustand der Unterkunft dar. In den Sommermonaten wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert.
