About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy suite in east van centrally located a speedy 15 minute drive or skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Spend the day exploring our beautiful green city and come back to relax and unwind with friends and family. Enjoy cold refreshments in the garden or have a BBQ with your crew. Finish the day with the ultimate BC westcoast experience: Campfire and Hot tub.
Families, we've got you covered for toys, infant/toddler gear!
The space: This is a 1960s 2-level bungalow and you will have the private lower level locked and fully separated from the upper suite, all to yourself. There are two separate bedrooms for privacy and a small but well equipped bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded for foodies. There is a designated space for guests in the backyard and a shared greenspace with a vegetable garden and grassy patch.The firepit is also for guests to use exclusively. There is a shared hotub available for use during the hours of noon-10pm
This is our family home and we are 4 upstairs, two of which are young kiddos (age 5 and a baby) plus our elderly dog. You will hear kid friendly and parenting sounds, but we try our best to have quiet/sleep time at 9pm. Please feel free to reach out during your stay if you need anything at all.
