prime location, spacious apartment

I loved the location so close to the beach. It was an easy walk to the bigger beach as well where we saw the best firework show I've ever seen for the final night of Semana Grande festival. The host provided a garage parking space that was a ~15 minute walk and was very helpful. We had a bit of trouble getting in the apartment at the beginning but once we had the key fab for the outside door it was easy to use the provided code for the inside door. We didn't have to use our cell phones or special apps as keys which was a nice break. The apartment felt spacious and we enjoyed our one night very much.

There is AC in the living room but not the bedrooms. It was a bit warm but cooled off at night. It was a hotter than average August day.

Don’t stay here! Not as advertised.

On the listing it was close to the beach and advertised as air conditioned. We had an awful experience so we didn’t like anything.

Owner did not give us access to the door. Owner communicated via WhatsApp that other renters had left their luggage and would come back for it. When we arrived We waited and buzzed three times and owner did not buzz us in. Some stranger opened the door. Upon entering apartment smelled awful, holes in the walls, and one split unit in living room. Chairs were stained. Texted owner he responded there were fans in all the rooms. No fans found! Got a hotel nearby. Reported it to Booking. Owner called me directly and yelled at me, telling me to be quiet several times. He then hung up on me. We never stayed in the apartment. Had to go through Booking to get my claim resolved. Booking was helpful!

A great apartment in a good location. Quiet, but with good access to the old town.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants in Gros. It is out of the old town, but an easy walk in. It is quiet and comfortable.

The communication about the entry to the apartment, the parking and the wifi could have been better. Everything worked, but it could have been communicated in a more organised and structured way.
