Spacious, warm and close to amenities
No wine bottle opener, could do with some more cutlery too.

The place was comfortable, bed, chairs, sofa, etc. It also had all the facilities you need for a stay, all in one room, with enough space to move around too.
Easy access into town with a little walk or a quick taxi journey.
Toilet was blocked with kitchen roll when we got there. Contacted the landlord, not very helpful and didn't offer to come out to sort the issue. I ended up unblocking it myself with a plastic bag, having to put my my hand down the toilet. Also, the kitchen area, surfaces, microwave etc, had a layer of old settled grease on them.
Cleanliness and lack of support from landlord let the place down. But I would recommend the place on an overall basis.

A lovely large room with a good kitchen,, very comfortable bed and Sofa.
Very good value for money.

Great kitchen area, shower, and comfortable bed.
Little things which are easy to sort like -
1. There is a 3 in one coffee/milk/sugar sachet available but I dont have milk in my coffee. Separate coffee sachet would be better?
2. Door lock is a bit stiff. Tip - get lock ready to go and then shut door to complete lock!
3. 3 drawer chest of drawers was a bit tired.
4. Could do with a drawer both sides of bed?
