On arrival at Santorini airport, we were met by the shuttle service that the accommodation had arranged.
We were greeted by our lovely host Sophia at reception where we collected the keys to our room.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the location of the room being next to the walkway that runs along the cliff top with a view from our front windows that was absolutely stunning. The room was very clean, spacious, had a large shower tub and basic kitchen amenities and comfortable bed. Breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and was served each morning on the raised landing next to the pool. This area had a fantastic view out towards Nea Kemeni, volcanic island just off shore, and beyond. Truly spectacular.
Due to the front of the room and the windows being located next to the walkway, it is a little noisy at times, but this ceases later in the evening.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à Fira et la vue exceptionnelle de la honey moon suite.
Le room service et ses prix corrects qui permet de profiter de la terrasse de la chambre où on peut dîner et déjeuner avec la vue imprenable mieux que dans les restaurants du coin.
Le matelas était un peu trop dur pour nous.
L’ajout d’un parasol est indispensable pour se poser sur la terrasse l’après midi sur les transats.

Location was good, near the cable car, staying in one of the traditional caves was interesting. Breakfast was nice, and most staff very helpful.
They try to recommended their restaurant "on the cliff" as a good restaurant. We ate there, it was very poor quality food, drinks and the service was very slow and it was over priced even for Santorini given the quality.
We stayed in the family room in the old part of the hotel. We found screws hanging out of the main door and one of the bedroom doors. The bathroom door is a single sheet of 1/4 inch ply so everyone hears your bathroom habits. It's also at the end of a small tunnel corridor which magnifiers the noise. Noise is also a problem with the adjacent room. The separating door is also very thin and the tunnel corridor amplifiers the noise from that room. So much so, the customers next door woke me kids up two nights in a row, and they're sound sleepers. They were speaking loudly but not shouting. I mentioned this to the staff that the noise travels, 1st time nothing was done, 2nd time the manager said they had never had a complaint before about this. Overall, the property is nice, but this family room is not ideal for a family in our view, after our experience.
