A small and cozy property
Nothing in particular

The stay at this simply felt blissful.
We stayed there for 2N and the time spent was quality time with all the amenities and facilities.
Special kudos to the chef who made the "Kadhayi Paneer" as per the customisation request.
Rest of the food was also delicious.
It's value for money.
Nothing was there which i didn't like....only one suggestion.....iron box and table shall be provided in the room....i had to ask for it which i feel can be put in the room by default.

The property is very new and well kept, there are lovely views from the balconies and the staff were very helpful throughout. The manager went out of his way to help us throughout
The property is slightly closer to the main road, then it might appear on first glance of this listing - however, it does feel very peaceful when you are in the grounds.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean, and the property itself has potential. The location is peaceful and suitable for exploring Munnar. The staff were generally polite and seemed willing to help.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to constant interruptions and poor operational management.
The property is advertised as a spa resort, but we were informed before arrival that the spa was unavailable and under construction.
Despite repeatedly asking not to be disturbed, we received multiple calls every day regarding breakfast, dinner and housekeeping. We were even called on our personal mobile phones while we were out sightseeing to ask whether we wanted our room serviced.
Breakfast was poorly managed. Several advertised items were frequently unavailable, even shortly after breakfast service began. Tables were not always properly prepared and basic items such as cutlery and glasses sometimes had to be requested.
Other issues included frequent power cuts, a refrigerator that lost power whenever we left the room, limited restaurant availability, and laundry service being unavailable during our stay.
We often felt that we had to adapt to the hotel’s operations rather than the hotel adapting to its guests.
