Good stay for special occasions.

Staff was excellent and paid close attention to your specific needs.

It was great, I would go back again.

The garden was amazing. Food was great. The beach front bar and small infinity pool were great. Location was great. It felt safe and secure.

The bungalows could have had a bit of decor / character in them. The AC unit was noisy. I think the price paid for the bungalow was fair when you factor in the whole of the place (beautiful garden, included good breakfast, infinity pool, location ) and not just the room itself.

Expensive but not worth it

The view

We stayed for 3days 2 Nights for our honeymoon. The view from the room is stunning! They also gave us complimentary cake for our honeymoon. Aside from that, nothing special. Service is okay..... standard. The housekeeping team are quick and attentive. F&B staffs are also friendly. Here's the bad stuffs that made our almost 18,000php/night stay unworthy. The place looks old and dark specially the hallway and the lobby. The room that we booked is the panoramic suite which is VERY FAR from what is shown on the photos. The window tint are peeling, there's cracks on ceiling, bathroom doors are misaligned and there are COCKROACHES running inside the bathroom at night!! The simple stuffs itself are very disappointing. For example, the tissue is just 2-ply which easily breaks and leaves residue on your tushy. The toothbrush and comb are plastic and not eco-friendly + they are not comfortable to use. There's a free lush bubble bar and the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are L'occotane but it is not filled up tp our needs which should've been enough for 3days and 2 nights stay, so I run out of conditioner on our last night... There are basic cable and the quality is also not good. There's a DVD, but who uses that thing in 2023? It would be understandable if the hotel provides range of movies that could be rented like the old-school entertainment services in other hotel. TV remote has netflix button BUT the TV itself is not even a smart tv so it is not functioning. The remote for the window curtains are not even functioning well too. On our 2nd day is also my birthday, where we just decided to chill and relax in our room. However, there was NO wifi from 1:30pm till almost 10pm... They said they are having an internet upgrade and should be done in 30mins-1hr but it took hours!

Wonderful.

Staff, Cleanliness, View from pool area, restaurant, all of the above is perfect. The staff are helpful in relaying options for visiting islands, and arranging transport either by boat, and later, to Coron's airport. The restaurant service and selections are exceptional, providing a wide range of breakfast, a limited, but good list for lunch and dinner entrees.

Had I known, I would have booked a room facing the ocean. Although street activity and culture is lively, the noise might keep one up at night, and wake one up too early. I will return to Palawan, and will gladly stay at the Two Seasons again.

I liked the location. it was central to everything. the service was good and the food for breakfast was great! the staff was friendly and attentive.

it doesn’t have a spa, we ordered massages and two ladys came up to our room, it was not a good experience. they didn’t introduce themselves, didn’t ask what kind of massage we wanted or the pressure etc. I would rather they not offer massages at all.

Great hotel, lovely staff

Really enjoyed our stay. The main highlights were how friendly and helpful the staff were, and the food in the restaurant. The pool upgrade was finished whilst we were there and the view from the pool across the bay is great.

MISLEADING ADVISED OF THE PLACE! NOT WORTH OF MY MONEY!

Breakfast is ok.

The smell of the place stinks all over the property. The hallway stinks so bad! I cannot open my verandas because of the smell! Price was so expensive! I paid $230 a night and it is not worth it at all! There's a moldy smell of the room too! The pool is under repair but we are not told about it before we arrived! No beach in front of property... just a peir full of bottled trash... Over all I would not recommend this place! smell from market drifted and water squater housing driftd down to resort... plus you had to pay extra for upgrading to bay view with balacony...

The pool was not available during our stay but we knew that before arriving. We had the panorama room and it was perfect. However use of jacuzzi is paid—P8000 for two hours. That part is ridiculous.

Location. It’s far from town. Also they have their own jetty but required anyone going on a boat tour to transport to town. That takes up time and also gas!

It was centrally located, minutes to most locations by tricycle. very attentive staff. they had towels prepared if you were going island hopping and arranging the to and from transportation.

overall our stay in two season in Coron is perfect!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. you should also check the breakfast buffet because the food they serve is amazing!

Excellent service, nice location. Satisfied customer.

Location is central, there's always a trike outside if you need to go around. Staff are very attentive to guest's needs, everyone was very courteous and helpful. Service was very good, I didn't have to worry about anything. I wasn't able to book airport transfer, and yet someone collected us. Wasn't able to book a tour either, which the hotel also offers - highly recommend ultimate Coron tour & the island escapade. We initially had a room facing the road, had ourselves upgraded to the bayside view which was very much worth it. Also enjoyed the massage. I highly recommend Two Seasons as it was such a pleasant and stress free experience. They basically anticipated my needs. I was able to book airport transfer through the front desk. Would definitely come back and stay there again.
