De ligging is net buiten de drukte van de stad. Dichtbij de haven. Prima receptie personeel. Goed zwembad.
Het ontbijt was zeer matig voor Europese begrippen. Meer keuze dan brood, marmelade en slap roerei was er niet. Elke dag hetzelfde. Fruit was erg beperkt en soms zelf van slechte kwaliteit aanwezig. Koffie was echt niet lekker. Vaak was alles onvoldoende bijgevuld zodat je erom moest vragen en lang erop moest wachten.
Onze airco werkte niet goed zodat alles vochtig bleef.
Het balkon werd niet goed gepoetst. De kozijnen waren gewoon smerig.
