it is good, but Outside view is not available (which is not good for me). If I look outside nothing is showing from white windows. it is better to provide the Good view and place for the outsiders who came from out of spain.

Once we located the accommodation, what a find it was. The accommodation was very spacious, with a very clean kitchenette and plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. There was a 2ring ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave available. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs. Nothing to actually really look at (flats) but was pleasant to sit out on and enjoy a G&T, after a drive up from Costa Blanca! The bathroom was very clean, with an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a large TV in the kitchen area with two easy chairs to sit in. As we were English, we could not understand the TV but did have it on! We booked a parking space upon arrival and within 5mins of making the payment, someone appeared with the remote control. Very impressive. Thank you also for the lovely welcome pack, a canvas back with a couple of coffee pods and two bottles of water. There was also a very handy pouch, with a small bottle of washing up liquid and a couple of cloths. Very useful and one that I am going to take away and use everytime we travel from now on.
I do not do emails on my phone so I was unable to pick up any emails sent until I arrived at the hotel. I received a couple of WhatsApp messages but the important one regarding my room number was sent via email. Fortunately I did carry my laptop with me and I could get on the WiFi without an issue and pick it up. This was the only fault and to young people it would not be an issue!

Hemos pasado unos dias alojados en Libere Pamplona y me voy preocupado. El alojamiento esta muy bien para pasar unos dias, limpio y tranquilo. La atención recibida a nuestra llegada fue muy buena, muy atenta y agradable la joven que nos atendió. Mi gran decepción y preocupación viene por una noche que se disparó la alarma de incendios y fuimos nosotros quien tuvimos que llamar por teléfono a Líbere para informales que había saltado la alarma. Allí no apareció nadie de la empresa, ni recibimos ninguna atención por parte de ellos, suerte que fue una falsa alarma. Espero que no pasé nunca nada!!!
Que no hubiera un pequeño sofá,fue lo que nos faltó y un poco más de armario para dos personas.
