We had a brilliant stay, largely thanks to Ines, who made us feel so welcome and was always on hand with any queries, and Aziz, who was wonderfully helpful during meal times. Alongside the fantastic housekeeping team, they all consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday truly exceptional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the facilities are fantastic, especially for families. The food was delicious, fresh and varied, with plenty of choice at every meal. What impressed us most, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and professional. You can really feel that the whole team cares about their guests and wants them to have a perfect holiday. We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our time here so enjoyable and memorable.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations and we were completely satisfied with our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very friendly and polite staff. Plenty of food and drinks. Catered to cover range of palate. plenty of swimming option and water adventures for kids. Kids club facility.
Very limited lift facility.
Location bit far from Medina and airport. Shuttle is available to Medina but needs to be booked in advance with limited seats.
Rooms 4 star, but there was really bad smell every morning and despite asking the reception repeatedly nothing was done.
People waste food but that happens with a buffet style serving.
Wifi has few weak spots including room.

Really good facilities which suited everyone in the family- padel courts, plenty of swimming pools and a large football pitch
Very poor service. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and also severely inefficient which mesnt queues everywhere for food e.g. omelette station, fresh pizza, coffee bars etc
