It sits in the South Shore area, close to Heavenly and the lake, so you can hit the slopes in the morning, soak in the hot tub in the afternoon, and rack up a game at the pool table after dinner.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

✦ Like many cabins in Tahoe, there's no central AC in the home so it does get warm in the summer
✦ This is a multi-level house with stairs between levels, so plan ahead for young kids and anyone with mobility needs.
✦ During winter weather conditions, driving restrictions may be enforced requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle, and trip insurance is a smart idea.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings; events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
