The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff very friendly, especially the manager Alex who was very accommodating and helpful at all times.
The swimming pool needs a hand rail to get in and out of the pool.
At times when people were checking in the wait at the bar area to get a drink was a bit too long, maybe another staff member at certain times would be helpful.

Loved the decor and the lovely Alex. Breakfast was good…….exceot for machine ciffee
air conditioning was poor. Room very cramped and there could have been more storage. Cheap desks and side tables instead of chest of drawers etc, freeing up more space in wardrobe. With the exception of Alex who was super helpful and friendly the other staff were cool and unwelcoming particularly Miguel. Pool area gorgeous but slippy. Overall the hotel lacked atmosphere……no one in bar area partly because staff were largely absent. Have stayed in other Hoposa hotels in the port Cultural and Daina. Staff far more welcoming

It was very clean and the outdoor area was nicely appointed. The pool was great - clean, fairly large and lounge chairs terrific. Breakfast was amazing - so much selection and very tasty.
It was poorly staffed. Often there was no one to help in the lobby or bar area. The staff that were there worked hard and did what they could, but it was clear that they were frustrated too. We had flooding problems in our 1st floor room - shower drain didn’t work so our whole bedroom flooded, and then a heavy rainstorm sent water under the front door, ceiling leaked and water dripped from the window casing, causing flooding in lounge area of the room.
