Veľmi dobrá lokalita (metro do 6 minút od ubytovania- priamy spoj na pláž, centrum mesta,…pešia dostupnosť k Sagrada Familia…).
Čistota ubytovania celkom dobrá. Apartmán je v staršej budove, preto na niektorých miestach v byte vidno opotrebovanie, ktoré však nie je nejako obmedzujúce.
Výlevka v sprchovom kúte veľmi pomaly odtekala, čo bolo troška neprijemne.
Dobré postele v oboch izbách, dostatok úložného priestoru. Vybavenie kuchyne taktiež veľmi dobré.
Balkón bol ako bonus, dobre sa dal využiť na sušenie oblečenia, ako aj prijemné miesto na raňajky či večeru.
Výlevka v sprchovom kúte veľmi pomaly odtekala, čo bolo troška neprijemne.
Opotrebované niektoré časti v kuchyni (pod kuchynskou linkou) a kúpeľne (vyduté kachličky).

We like the ceiling and 20 min walk to Sagrada.
But incredible unconveniance is the check in process with “lock box” located in other place, 20 min from the Appartment. With suitcases and kid it's simply a half day logistic to get into Appartment. You need to change it.
It's not user friendly.
First of all its important to say that “lock box” is not located in the same building as Appartment. You need to chase it at other place, 20 min from the Appartment.
Secondly, the day before the trip a contact person is writing you to pay the tourism tax and check-in fee! (25-70 euros) depending on the time of your arrival.
Even I have provided my email for paying tourist tax, the payment link was sent to me with delay in 24 hours, what made me super nervous and unsure how to check in.
Third: there was not enough shampoo and gel for 3 people for 6 days. In other Appartments such essentials and salt and pepper for example are always a must. I don't understand how Appartment can not have salt, pepper and soap.
Forth: the shower cover was with mold! And it was simply unsafe to wash there the kid. Shower was leaking through the hole, so the floor is always wet…
