דירה מרווחת ונקייה, ממוקמת בקומה שנייה (עם מעלית) בשכונת קאליו השקטה, במרחק 30 דקות הליכה ממרכז הלסינקי. יש קווי טראם ואוטובוסים ממש בכניסה לבניין, המון חנויות, בתי קפה וסופרים במרחק של דקות הליכה. הדירה מאובזרת במטבח עם כל הציוד לשהות של מספר ימים, מקלחת ושירותים, סלון מרווח עם פינת אוכל וחדר שינה. התקשורת עם בעלת הדירה הייתה מצוינת, מענה מהיר ואפילו אפשרו לנו לבצע צ׳ק אין שעה לפני הזמן.
הכל היה מעולה!!

It was in a great location. Comfortable. Well equipped. Clean. Had a private courtyard. Tram stops right outside the front door and a supermarket 2 minutes away.
It was very hot and there was no AC and windows did not open, but a fan was provided and it unusually hot in Helsinki so I let them off.

Rita was a very responsive host and provided all the necessary information in advance.
Her apartment is clean, comfortable, bright and well-equipped.
The supermarket is just next door, Hakaniemi market hall is within a 5-minute walk. The tram stop is right in front of the building and the airport bus stop is 100 metres away.
I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a couple staying in Helsinki and wanting to feel a bit more connected than if we were in a hotel. Nice and very quiet old building. Not the most charming street, but only a few minutes walk to the water or market hall. Amazing public transport options. On top of a decent grocery. No problems with sound pollution despite the big road. Possible to control the heating yourself (not a given in Finland!). Board games and books and tea available.
Bring wollen socks if there in the winter!
