The staff were fantastic and very responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. I had to contact them several times and they always responded in a timely manner. The bonus was they spoke english which I found was a rarity in Sao Paulo - no biggie but a few phrases and Google Translate go a long way. The gym and sauna were fantastic. The pool was great but not heated and the sun loungers were plentiful. They also had two mini marts on site which were handy for snacks. There was a breakfast on site which was ~69 Real with fruit, coffee and some made to order items. I think the tech aspect of the concept is great but has some wrinkles to iron out but overall a great idea that most things are through your phone or facial recognition.

The beautiful and modern hotel is centrally located and close to everything you need from shopping malls to food access. The hotel is well cleaned and staff were pleasant and attentive. My only suggestions is that the raised bed area can be a bit hazardous and need to be addressed. I hit my feet a few times and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The king size mattress was two doubled out together with a topper but that made sleeping a bit unpleasant. The restricted visitor policy of one visitor per day is something that needs to be improved on as well. Over all I highly recommend this place.
