Love everything about the hotel. Nice modern and clean suite and dining area. Their extra chill space on the top floor should have more chairs or lounge chairs for those who would like to relax at the hotel would be my only feedback. Otherwise, friendly and welcoming staff - however I do find it odd that even checking out, although when there is a lot of staff around, none helped with putting our luggages to our Uber. That extra gesture would give us a more memorable impression.

Very nice and modern hotel in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and the staffs specially the gentleman at the reception Renato made check in very easy for us. He patiently answered our questions along with helpful tips for our visit at Sao Paulo. Hotel is located in one of the best and safest neighborhood, walkable and close to everything.

I always try to stay at Canopy Hilton properties whenever I travel, and because of the quality that I know I’m going to receive. I have stayed at 6 different Canopy locations to date, however, this facility felt little short, or was my least favorite canopy that I’ve been to this far. For instance, there was limited dining and limited menu, and some thing a simple as a burger. I had to ask them to make, and it was quite difficult. Another instance is when I asked reception for the signature, orange canopy, socks, and robe, the receptionist asked what level Hilton member I am. I didn’t know I had to be a certain level of a member. I thought it was standard because I’ve always received the orange socks in the room. Nonetheless, I still received the robe and socks, but the exchange did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, this property can improve in the future but I’m not gonna give up on all canopy hotels just yet.

Lovely modern hotel with great staff who gave some really good food recommendations. E.G. Mug for breakfast was very tasty. They hotel smelled great and the shower pressure was perfect. Comfy bed, spacious room and decorated well

Clean and modern but didn't value the amount they charge per night. You have really great and better options in São Paulo for a lower price. Odd breakfast service with a confuse and not so friendly staff. Internet wasn't working properly in my floor, just to name a few things. Although they say nobody will enter the room to clean unless you ask (respecting privacy, etc.) every day they did it. I didn't have the "not disturb" sign to use for some odd reason, and the rule of "not entering the room unless you ask" that was everywhere announced wasn't respected. The first day I was really concern that something was missing in my room, since I left things all over the place assuming nobody will enter.

Wonderful hotel with great food and well located. My only pet peeves are extremely long check-ins (easily 10-15 minutes per guest) and a shower type, common overseas, that has no lip to prevent water from leaking into the rest of the bathroom. The service, otherwise, was great.

Canopy by Hilton São Paulo is a perfect hotel. Stylish new large clean rooms. Very kind staff. Filtered water station on every floor so no need to spend needless money on plastic water bottles.

Reception welcoming, bedroom spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved eco approach of providing a water jug so you could help yourself to free water dispenser on your floor. Buffet breakfast was usual and met expectations in terms of variety and quality however at peak times items didn’t get replenished as quickly as would have liked. Would stay again and would recommend.

What is so unique about this hotel is that is hidden within a safe and quiet neighborhood and also had the opportunity to interact with local residents because of that.

Very modern, great value, good location, plenty of free water, very good recommendations for restaurant, bars and clubs from the staff. Breakfast was tasty. I am just amazed at how cheap it was. Would easily stay here again without question.

This is a brilliant new hotel. Great modern and slick decor with comfortable rooms and big showers. Love a bath sheet towel too. Good breakfast which was included. Safe and secluded street in a very good neighbourhood. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and everyone spoke English. Received an early and late check in/checkout too. Highly recommend.

Amazing property. New and very modern yet chic. It felt like a contemporary luxury hotel. Everyone that worked at the property was extremely kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was so delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the shower was so perfect. I loved that it felt like a boutique hotel.

This was probably the best stay I have had in Brazil and even through all my travels. The people at the front desk were warm and welcoming. One young lady took the time to help me research something. The breakfast and bar there are great. Highly recommend ordering a Amazon Fire at the bar. Plus this is a great location in the city and easy to get to all the sites. Totally checkout the morning market on Fridays that is right by the hotel. The room was perfect. Well insulated and quiet. Also super clean and posh. Also had a comfy night’s sleep. Definitely recommend.

The Hotel is new so expect nice fresh rooms and bathrooms. The property is also very well located close to everything that matters in Sao Paulo. The service was so sub standard it made me feel like I was at a Hampton Inn. Hilton needs to fly in a consultant ASAP and train the employees to get the service right. No ome should ever have to wait 1 hoir and 15 minites for a gin drink. It was trully embarassing to have such nice people working at the hotel but have no clue what they are doing. Apologies can only go so far when you keep not delivering promisses. Would stay again but won’t consume anything at yhe reataurant or bar.
