The property was clean & modern. The restaurant was open for breakfast, they said it would be in full operation soon. The whole facility was very attractive, pickle ball courts for guests, fire pit for evening outdoor gathering, & easy access to the cove. We didn’t try the sauna nor the jacuzzi.
No TV in our room, not that we needed to watch TV

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean. Bocce court. Beautiful grounds.
Design of shower. Water on the floor inescapable due to design. Battery operated light in the room came on in the middle of the night for no reason. No dressers. One family member staying in room with a king sized was given two single bed sized blankets, a challenge to use. He was only given one soap container to use for both sink and shower. When he asked for an additional soap, He was told that they were out of soap.

It’s very clean, spacious, and modern. I love the layout and the bathrooms. I like there’s a coffee area with the little sink and loved the classic fridge look. There’s a small dog park, large pickle ball area. A small patio area with chairs. The property is very clean and cute
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and firm. Would be nice is there was some sort of foam or soft topper. I saw 1 small roach make its way in which didn’t bother me too much.
I was VERY disappointed because I got a text: "Good Morning! We are open for a limited but delicious breakfast in the lounge (building with big tree piece in front). Please come in for a visit. It's our opening morning!!"
Very misleading thinking is was a free breakfast like some places do including Stanford inn. But it was actually a paid breakfast.
