The location was very close to Old Town and close to Highway 101. The rooms are recently updated. The beds are very nice. The staff was accommodating when my plans changed.
The neighborhood is on the edge of an affluent neighborhood and a less than affluent neighborhood… I felt very safe during the day.

Great location, close to Steinbeck museum and house. Local to shops and restaurants.

Perfect for our short stay and visit to Steinbeck center. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for station and Steinbeck Center (15 min walk).
Nothing really. Maybe to say, as Brits, who drink tea (a lot), a kettle and tea bags in the room would have been brilliant. Coffee machine doesn't cut it for everyone but no other complaints.

The accommodation choices in Salinas are so limited, this was probably the best
Not really a lodge, more of a motor court in a gritty area with lots of people, traffic, food trucks
