The women at the front desk were very kind and helpful.
The area is in a bad neighborhood, and I didn’t feel very safe.

The people that run the place are serious about providing a positive experience. They have set boundaries that ensure that everything will run smoothly for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, though english is not their first language, so be patient. They want nothing more than for you to enjoy your stay. I made a mistake in my reservation and they were happy to help me get everything back on track when I owned up to my mistake.
The room and furniture and finishing details are all fantastic for the price!
The location is noisy, but you definitely feel like you're in the middle of it all being on Main St in Salinas!
