Very underwhelming. Disappointed in staff for trying to scam active duty military just trying to PCS.

Person at front desk tried to scam $20 from by saying there was an extra vehicle price that was listed nowhere on the details of the hotel or in the hotel office, and insisted it could only be paid by cash despite the fact that the room was paid for by card and if this was a necessary purchase you would imagine I’d be able to pay it with the price of my room. Sketchy.

Happyand relaxing

Anna and Henry are so very nice. Feel like I've known them forever. A safe and very quiet Place.

I can't really think of anything I did not like If your looking for a clean, safe place on your visit to Salinas, this is the one👍

I would never choose this place again.

Close to rodeo so we could walk but had to park our second vehicle elsewhere. It had a family room

Tv remote broken/ no ice I signed for 144 for night and 100 for some deposit fee so I hope I get that one refunded. Could not fit in assigned parking due to large truck blocking Owner rude and stated the 5 of us could only park one vehicle because she was sold out which was obvious lie. Beds on metal platforms that sound like a gym locker every time you bump it Overflow trash dumpster out front I could not understand the woman at front desk. I signed our 2 cars and thought it was good then she came out yelling that we could only park one. There were 45 spots and 9 were filled at 10:00 at night.

do not I repeat, do not rent a room from wagon wheel in Salinas you will regret it

The worst customer service I have ever experience and delete it is so racist against women

I didn’t like anything please look like a rundown motel

Really nice stay

The owner of the hostel is a really nice guy and even borrowed us his vacuum cleaner to clean our rental.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and quite. The staff was friendly . Would stay there again.

The rate. Lol but I don't think that would stop me from staying there again.

Very good

The motel was clean and comfortable. it was nice to have your own numbered parking spot in front of your room. Shower was a step in with a grab bar. We brought a shower chair to accommodate my husband.

No amenities. No room cleaning unless requested Only one small patty of soap.

Good location, clean, and well maintained.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The property overall including the parking lot were well maintained. The TV worked well, as did the cable and WIFI. The motel is located on Main St, close to everything. Exterior lighting on the premises were good, making you feel secure. You can see the whole parking lot when you walk outside.

There were not enough pillows, and very limited soap in the bathroom.

Honestly if I could have found another place to stay I would came from far to get yelled at…

I liked the surroundings such as having everything close like Walmart target Ross the mall and food

Staff was very rude to me when I asked why the pricing online didn’t match when I payed upfront etc I was asking her a question .. basically yelled and told me she didn’t care and saying I said she’s was lying and threw my cards at me

Quirky and cute

Cute motel, love the wagon wheels. Glad to be able to smoke outside.

The bed was not comfortable.

You get what you pay for.

Was close to shopping centers and restaurants. Also was clean.

The staff was rude. The family room was 3 beds pushed together in a regular size hotel room. The area was sketchy.

No Thank you!

The room smelled good, bed was comfortable.

Need different receptionist staff ASAP! I will not visit this hotel again due to the unwelcome attitude by the receptionist. Eventhough this hotel is walking distance from my family.

Really cheap motel that was ok at best.

no breakfast available

Room wasn’t cleaned after first night. Door lock was substandard. Only one small bar of soap was provided. The shampoo was in a tiny, almost impossible to open, foil package.

I want my $100 deposit back. We left all the bedding and towels. We used them, but did not ruin them

I wasn’t offered breakfast. The room was too close to a bar so we had trouble sleeping from the loud music

I was charged $100 extra for deposit, there were no clothes hangers, and the shower took way too long for the water to warm up. Also very low water pressure.

Good motel with an unfortunate neighbor

It's a good motel, just don't expect anything special from it. Clean room, convenient access, parking right next to the room.

There is a club with loud music playing late at night right next to the motel, and the soundproofing is not sufficient to block that.
