Sparkling clean, with a microwave and a mini fridge available. Although there is noise from passing vehicles at night, it is still acceptable even without earbuds. The staff there are friendly, and the location is within a short, walkable distance of the old town of Salinas (which is a great place to explore).

We had a wonderful stay...the property is well maintained, centrally located, quiet and safe on-site parking.
The rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable...AC, TV, etc.
The staff are great and very accommodating.
We will definitely be staying there when we return to town.
Highly recommend.

We stayed here because it was close to the John Steinbeck home which offers tours on Sundays during the Summer. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was available with a good sized lot.
