Loved the views.
Washer & dryer were bonus. Outdoor patio just perfect. Pull out sofa bed was awesome for the 4 of us 2 all stretch out.

Wasnt any washing powder, so byo peeps.
The owner on phone was very helpful & patient.
Only gave moderate score 4 staff bc day 2 8.30am having a Swim & Spa indoor window cleaners came at 9am ish. The smell of products was overwhelming. Also had my Jacket & Phone near me in Spa. Checked & showed cleaners if ok it there? Not in your way?
They said it was fine then knocked my phone into the spa. I nearly caught it in time. Partially wet.
Pool area closed b4 7am & after 10pm. Cleaning should be done outside of customer use time.
So appreciated the bag of rice I found in the appartment. Thx guy. ♡

All instructions provided by the host were easy to understand and even easier to action. Keys are collected and returned to the EzyMart downstairs. The host was very proactive in sending messages and updates, and checking in throughout the stay. The location was excellent; close to transport; the main train station and a tram stop, plus shopping and restaurants. The apartment is a good size for max. 4 adults. The amenities and facilities provided in the apartment (kitchen utensils, appliances, washer/dryer, maps, card games) and the building complex (pool, spa, sauna, parking spot) were good to have.
I have addressed this with the host: But the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The walls and floor were very dirty and stained, and there was a mouldy / rotting food type smell in the apartment that was hard to get rid of. The whole building (and I understand the host can't do anything about the building itself) is just old, dirty, and needs a major refresh. The bed linen and towels were at least clean though.
