Loved the location with access to transport and dining a breeze. Communication and direction for key access and expectations were clear and concise. What a brilliant view. Comfortable lay out with a few added extras in the cupboard for our apartment stay, i.e.,washing detergent.
I couldn't open the window in my bedroom. Most other people wouldn't worry so much, but I love a little fresh air and couldn't quite budge it. Other than that no problems at all.

It was great with trams and trains just outside the door

The beds could do with an upgrade .

The location was very handy and the views were fantastic
For what I paid the beds, linen, towel and crockery in the kitchen were all pretty poor. Beds were dated and uncomfortable, linen old and poor quality, towels small, scratchy old and unmatching plates and crockery was odd and unmatching not in a chic way, there were no butter knives. Toiletries were only 5 random large bottles of body wash,no shampoo or conditioner. For what we paid this accommodation fit out was average at best. Elevators work randomly and are scary, sauna didn’t work for our whole stay.
