Loved the heated pool and sauna. Used it every day. Great Views from level 29. Felt very safe and secure as I was travelling alone. Very quite. Great location - tram stop immediately out the front and extremely convenient to Southern Cross Train Station.

Great location & amenities
Very dusty. All surfaces & window sills were thick with dust. Dirty hand prints on kitchen cupboards spilt drink down the side of cupboard. Old sticky toiletries , cannot dispense the shampoo had to go buy some as well as other basics which are not provided. Beds not comfortable- very old mattresses need upgrading.
Sliding door to bedroom is off the rails and not easy to open and shut. Wardrobe doors stuck to the rails and not accessible. Dining room chairs are ready to break. Had to wet wipe everything to get the dust cleared and vacuum as I have allergies to dust which did not make my stay pleasant. It was cleaner after I left than when I entered so I can’t say it needs a good clean because I did it for you !!
