Great location—just a short walk from the mall, making it very accessible for shopping, dining, and other nearby establishments. Also, I love the City View specially at night.
Could be better if the hotel provides basic room amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste for guests’ convenience.

Very close to shopping centre and bus stop which goes lots of places but also the airport (7minute walk).
Security guard was friendly so you feel secure.
Spacious studio flat with hot water and comfy bed.
Tv has Netflix.
Is on the 21st floor so you have to get lift, we never really waited longer than a few minutes for the lift.
For the cost in Cebu this is a good budget option.
Furniture old school but didn’t affect anything.

It’s near in SM so it’s easy to go shopping because it’s walking distance
Actually the owner of the condo unit. He is not responding on our messages even we encounter problems during our stay in the hotel I message the owner but no response at all
