The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was very convenient since it is just across SM Cebu, making it easy to mall & restaurants, transport, and shopping areas. a good restaurant also beside and at the back of property building. the owner was kind and responsive on some concerns and check in process was smooth.
some reviews they have issues with elevator going up. but there’s 2 elevator working so you don’t have to wait for long

Excellent location
Love the design of the room,kitchen utensils and facilities
Need shower rugs very important because the floor is so slippery. Supply of water specially on the first day is important and slippers too otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay
