splendida ristrutturazione di un edificio storico, spazi ampi, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ma con alcune carenze
ci sono alcuni ristoranti e servizi nello stesso complesso
posizione meravigliosa con addirittura una piccola vista mare, ma molto decentrato rispetto alle autostrade e al centro della città.
l'host ha risposto velocemente alla ns segnalazione di alcune mancanze in cucina.
nei bagni mancano sia le prese elettriche che gli attaccapanni
l'armadio per gli abiti c'è solo nella camera da letto grande , dove però mancano le tende ai lucernari (l'host ci ha fornito delle mascherine per non essere svegliati dalla luce estiva del mattino, dicendo che stanno attendendo l'installazione delle tende...)
ci sono molte scale, ma per non è stato un problema.

We stayed at No. 15 Factory Cooperage with our extended family and were all extremely impressed. The house offers excellent value for money, with spacious accommodation and a stunning open-plan living room and kitchen that worked perfectly for a larger group. The bedrooms are large and well-appointed, and the design strikes a great balance between preserving the character of the historic building and incorporating modern comforts.
The location is excellent. We enjoyed wonderful views across Firestone Bay and found Royal William Yard to be a real highlight, with a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Parking was easy, with one free space included and plenty of additional reasonably priced parking nearby. Communication with the host was excellent throughout.
The two top-floor bedrooms would benefit from blackout blinds, particularly during the summer months, although I understand this is already being addressed. In addition, the windows in one of the top-floor bedrooms do not open, which can make the room very warm in hot weather. Blinds and a fan would make a significant difference. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

The decor and space was very tasteful and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and clean. A unique building to stay in. Plenty of storage and an enjoyable space to share with family. Close to lots of restaurants and the views of the harbour. The front door was keyless which was handy. Very quiet except the seagulls which can't be helped.
The parking was tricky for multiple cars and there wasn't enough plug sockets in the room, I.e. to charge phone. Ideally there should be hangers supplied in the wardrobe too. There was no loo roll holder in the master bathroom. Sadly the Royal William Yard spa facilities are not included as I was led to believe when booking.

The property has been refurbished, decorated and furnished to a very high standard and we had a wonderful stay.
The amenities in the vicinity of the property are also excellent.
