Comfortable beds, a quiet room, and a locker to safely store my things.
The hotel is generally very clean, and the staff do a good job cleaning the other areas. However, they never clean the showers and expect guests to clean them after use. There are two shower rooms. One has several cabins, but the bottom is open, so water flows from one shower to another. If you are in the middle, dirty water from the people next to you can reach your shower, which is very unpleasant. The second room has one large shower, but it is also very dirty and a lot of water collects on the floor. The showers need to be cleaned by the staff as well.
