calm bay , have paddle boards, kayaks ,life jackets to fit most, swimming , boat slip ,good snowmobiling from door step ,good fishing summer and winter with in short distance ,access to snowmobile trails either in Canada or the U.S , local dining available at a few different resorts on Rainy Lake , quiet private location ,located 20 kms east of Fort Frances at Windy Point ,enjoy fantastic sunrises and sets ,
