This beautiful cottage on Duck Lake was the PERFECT place for our annual girls' trip with 6 retired elementary teachers. Plenty of room to have lots of fun. The cottage is super clean, bedding and linens are soft, fluffy, and comfy with good quality mattresses on the beds. The kitchen was a great size for all of us to get in there to help with meals and clean-up. We had amazing weather so spent most all of our time outside on the decks. There are two decks with a big table on the upper deck and a big table on the lower deck. Both were great for eating and playing cards & games. Sunshine when you want sun, shade when you want shade!! We had a cozy fire in the fire pit down by the lake just after we watched the gorgeous sunsets. I won't be surprised if we come back here someday!! Not too many shops or stores nearby so bring your food & drinks ..... however there is a very nice Tom's grocery store in Interlochen.

We were 4 retired coworkers who get together every year to catch up and this placeWas perfect for us. The house is spacious, good beds, well stocked kitchen and beautiful on the water deck, patio and dock. Loved this place!!

Highly recommend, beautiful home and the view overlooking the water is gorgeous during the fall. Located on a quiet private road. Very clean and just a short drive outside of Traverse City. Great place to stay for a girls wine weekend away!
