The accommodation itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated how well equipped it was. Everything was tidy when we arrived, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming.
The apartment matched our expectations and provided all the necessary amenities, so from the accommodation point of view, we were very satisfied with our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was affected by several issues.
We had agreed on a specific time to receive the keys, but we had to wait additional minutes for the person handling the check-in to arrive. After a long journey, being tired and hungry, this was quite frustrating.
We had also agreed that we would check out at 10:30 AM, yet someone knocked on our door at 10:00 AM, which made us feel rushed despite the previously agreed time.
More concerningly, during one of the nights, someone aggressively banged on our door and then ran away. This was quite unsettling and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Additionally, there were homeless people sleeping directly in front of the building, which further contributed to an unpleasant feeling regarding the surroundings.
