Location and cleanliness
I appreciate technology but it is good to respond when I'm facing a challenge at that moment especially when in the page it is stated that I should request when challenged. I was feeling cold on the first 2 days as the air-conditioning was not functioning in my room. I requested for assistance on the AC and there was no help till I come back. I didn't like that.
