Heel fijne plek, alles in de stad goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid maar wel heel lekker, en supervriendelijk personeel!

Location was good, close enough to main part of Rome but still quite without the busy city sounds. quite a few nice little Restaurants close by and a few mini marts.

The room was acceptable, but certainly not the King Room advertised. The staff were pleasant and generally helpful, The refreshments, such as small cakes, fruit and tart available free to all guests.
Sadly, there were a few issues. The first night, the heating was not working. We pointed this out to the receptionist and was initially told it was due to a government directive, the hotels heating was not on. However, the following day it was on. The first morning we wanted breakfast but discovered no breakfast and no staff were around at 8'0clock. Whilst our booking did not include breakfast, when we opted to have it, it was not available. The following day we went for breakfast to discover there was no table available, they were all occupied. The one staff member who was serving breakfast to 10 guests was clearly under pressure. She did her best under extremely limited working facilities. The area she was working in was tiny and she had to provide cooked food and coffees. We eventually sat down later when a table became free.
The room was advertised as being sound proofed, but it wasn't , I had to wear earplugs as there was loud music coming from outside. The selection of T-bags was poor with only one Cammomile available. Even the staff could not provide from stock. On the morning we turned up for breakfast when the table was free there was only one croissant left and the receptionist had to go out to buy one I.
The staff were pleasant. I paid 965 Euros for a 3 night stay. I did not feel it was worth it. I must add that due to a storm that meant my ferry off a Greek Island was cancelled. This meant I had to cancel a non-refundable previous booking at this hotel. The hotel initially refused any refund nor offered to change dates. I advised booking.com and they contacted Roma Suite and Roma Suite then offered to replace the booking for an alternative date for which I was grateful. Clearly the storm was beyond my control.
