The Regency was very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
You had to go up a few stairs to get into the hotel which is a little hard if you have multiple heavy suitcases.

Great location in quiet district close to Via Veneto region.
Wonderful staff and room appointments. Hotel staff make a great coffee for everyone's start of their day. Breakfast variety is more than required. You will enjoy the relaxed space for a good night sleep as you will not hear any street noise at this hotel. My new go to hotel while in ROME.

Clean, good location, friendly staff
Way far from the 4 stars they claim , really friendly but incompetent staff, no room service or food on site (or just staff did not wanted to offer it to me) besides breakfast, they was keep offering me cheaper options for dinner and services they claim they provide(if i needed cheaper I would book airbnb) Beds extremely uncomfortable, noisy- all night felt like train was passing my room. Could here convo from next room. I asked to fix my bill the night before i leave cause i had to check out early morning- nothing was settled. Airport shuffle cost twice the normal taxi and i got a ride by this extremely nice gentleman, but with poor driving skills. Overall- if you looking for comfortable and nice stay, willing to pay the price for it- that is NOT your hotel.
