Location was good.
I didn't like the pictures on the walls and the fake plants and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the Rhine, Beethoven Haus and Halle and other tourist attractions. Also close to public transport. Useful kitchen facilities and table with two chairs. Air conditioning.
No lift, top apartments are up 4 sets of stairs. To be fair, the young man who turned up on our arrival carried our cases up.

Well renovated modern interior, excellent location.
Had a question about location parking prior to check in and they did not respond at all.
Climate control not really works.
Questionable safety for outlets near splashing water.

Die Lage des Zimmers
Es war fast immer kalt weil es keine richtige Heizung sondern nur eine Lüftung/Klimaanlage gab die zudem noch schwer einzustellen und sehr träge war.
