Paul is such a great host, he was always available and responsive. The property is amazing and the apartment is quite big with its own kitchen and private bathroom, and lots of hot hot water. The private backyard was great with a volleyball net and firepit, and had direct access to the water and our own kayaks/canoe/paddleboat. All the things you need were there from coffee to life jackets to volleyballs/badminton equipment.
Not the great location as you usually have at least a 30-50min drive to other parts of PEC, so as long as you plan your day well and don't need to go back and forth you'll be fine (ex. we'd leave at 12pm for wineries, lunch, parks, dinner and come back at 8pm). Also it was really windy so make sure you are there for at least 3 days so you'll hopefully have 1 day to kayak/canoe otherwise it might not be safe enough to do so with all the waves

What a cozy place to stay in Prince Edward County! We loved all the outdoor activities to do at the guesthouse; there was volleyball, badminton, frisbee, canoeing, and so much more!

Great location right on the water with canoes and SUPs and lots of games. Nice balcony with a bbq so idea for eating in.
Slightly quirky layout but everything worked ok. A bit of a drive to other parts of the county. Weather was a bit mixed so we couldn’t make the most of the lake but loved cycling round the wineries
