With air conditioning in the main living areas and ceiling fans in each bedroom, you’ll stay cool and comfortable during Summer. The property has electric blankets for comfort during the Winter season too.
The practical galley kitchen is central to this whole open area. Modern 2-tone white & soft wood décor with overhead & under bench storage & stone benchtops. Electric appliances include induction stovetop with under bench oven & dishwasher.
The home’s bathroom setup includes a main bathroom with a combined bath and shower, plus an additional separate W.C. for added convenience.

We needed a last minute rental and the South Coast Realty were amazing in helping and accommodating us. The home was in perfect condition with a sense of calm as soon as you enter. Plenty of room with everything you could need. Great location within a short stroll to the beach .
