1) Small room converted into full house! Lots of furniture and appliances. It was an eye-opener that so many things could be fitted into such a small space.
2) Prime location in Jongno - lots of eateries nearby
3) First experience of reception-less hotel!

1) Room size was extremely small - perhaps the smallest family room I have stayed in and I have visited 20+ countries
2) There are 3 family rooms in the hotel. 2 of them are slightly bigger but the 3rd one in which we stayed was extremely small. Maybe some furniture (like dining table) can be replaced by smaller sized items to ensure some walking space.
3) No separate bathing area - you shower close to the sink/basin with excellent ventilation systems to ensure that floor dries fast
4) Full sized towels need to be provided as replacement towels. We gave our used towels with the understanding that we will receive similar ones but the replacement ones (to be collected from 3rd floor) are all small ones

Love the location. It was near two stations and a lot of bus stops. We can go to the airport by bus too.
The check in and out was seamless and smooth.
It's unfortunate that the toilet and the room was super small. I think, if it was just a single person, it would have been fine.

It is spacious and clean.
Security is a bit weak, especially the building has other units with other business.
