Good stay. Spacious and clean property. Inside the Apt was very quite. There was a big step down at the entrance so may be an issue for people with disability. Communication with the host was great. The app has a glitch that I can't read the message she sent me on the app so I communicated with text no problem.
I didn't drive but it looks like there is plenty of parking either on street or in nearby parking lots. It takes a few minutes to get a Uber but no problem.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, and the beds and blankets were extremely comfortable. The location was convenient—just a 10–15 minute Uber ride to downtown. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and overall very pleasant to communicate with. It was a short trip for me and my friend, but we enjoyed it so much that we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

I stayed at this property for a few nights due to its great location near downtown Chicago, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the unit itself was clean and as pictured.
Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by the noise from the unit above. Footsteps, dragging furniture, and other loud disturbances were constant — both during the day and late into the night. It made it really difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep, which was disappointing, especially given the otherwise decent setup of the space.
If you're a light sleeper or value peace and quiet, this might not be the best fit.

Don't let the beautiful picture of the front door fool you, because the REAL door is around the side, and only 5'6" tall. It's a basement apartment with a 12" concrete drop you have to step down into the front vestibule. The lock on the door is wonky. The bathroom has no place to put your stuff or hang a towel. Toilet roll holder and towel bar were broken off the wall and not fixed.
Apartment itself was very cute and nice but the front door is a hobbit hole. Very embarrassing when my guests arrived. Oh, and the cleaning person will be on the doorstep 15 minutes before you have to check out.
Parking is great and the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and easy to find/access. Just be prepared for that entry. I wouldn't recommend anyone over 5' 9" staying here, you won't fit through the door, or in the shower!
