Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open, light-filled floor plan make this the perfect retreat for couples, families, and anyone who has been dreaming of a proper island escape. You’re part of a small, intimate community — just five buildings surrounding a beachfront pool perched directly on the Gulf — which means the pool always feels like it’s yours. Step outside to miles of pristine, quiet beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and scouting sand dollars like a pro. Paddle board or kayak along the sparkling shore, or charter a boat and chase the horizon. Historic downtown Boca Grande, with its charming restaurants and boutiques, is just a short walk down the beach.

Our experience at Art Sea was great. The condo was newly renovated and perfect for our family of four. We loved that we were so close to the beach and a short golf cart ride to anything we might need!

Condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sam is an awesome host. Great communication very prompt with responses. Goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable.Walk down 1 flight of steps and your toes are in the sand! Gulf water is amazing.We hope to return next year and possibly a longer stay.

We loved our stay here! Everything was incredibly convenient, from the beach and pool access, to the comfy king-size bed and in-unit laundry. Having the beach chairs and umbrella handy and the ability to walk just a short distance to the water made everything so easy, which when you have a 2 and 5 year old is greatly appreciated. The heated pool was a fan favorite as well. Communication with Sam was quick, easy and thorough!
