The host is very accommodating and very professional and communicated with us very well.

Very good location, front house parking, very nice neighborhood, house is very quiet although there are other tenants, clean and organized, plenty of water, the room we were accommodated is big and w/ big washroom & 2 vanities

Everything was okay, except for all the windows and the shower room. Windows has black dirt (or mould) around it, and the shower that everytime you use it the water is crawling through the glass door out to the flooring, we use the towel to avoid water pooling on the floor. The rubber on the shower glass door is not doing its job

Not at all what we expected, extremely disappointed by lack cleanliness and poor maintenance

I didn’t think a private suite would be accessed wandering through a busy house with a weird smell. The ad is very misleading. The faucet for the bath was broken, toilet seat is broken, toilet paper roll ripped off the wall, mold in the shower and stains on the bed. There was a Brita filter for water that was totally empty also. Just trying to make money off the property with zero effort or investment.

The location is good. It’s a very fine house with the potential to be really great but it needs a good manager and clean

The location was good- close to Kitsilano- beaches and facilities.

The house is not well kept. The kitchen was unclean- grease marks around the stove and generally grubby. There was a space for shoes in the hall but this left a smell of feet and the carpet was not clean. Our room had an en suite- the door couldn’t close and the towel rail was coming off the wall. I reported this and the owner came to check but couldn’t fix it. He said he’d send someone to repair but that didn’t happen while we were there.
