You will have exclusive and private access to the entire suite through your own dedicated entrance, ensuring you can come and go with ease.

- Hygiene products: Body soap, Shampoo, Shower gel, Cleaning products, etc.
- Household products: Cooking basics, Toaster, Coffee makers, Coffee, etc.
1. No parties/events. 24-hour security and noise sensors installed.
2. No smoking/drugs inside/on the balcony.
3. Full refund 5 days prior, no refund after check-in.
4. Any neighbour report or strata complaints of noise issues may result in
a $300 penalty at your expense.
5. There is no formal stove in the suite, and guests can only use microwave ovens, toasters, kettles, and a coffee maker for simple cooking.
