Good pricing compared to other Toronto hotels. Quiet, and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Check staff (Llam ?) was super sweet and helpful!

Staff was the most helpful and friendly. The room is small but very well equipped, organized and comfortable. The location was perfect for a short stay.
The entrance is just a small door, and the sign is also small, it made me think I was at the wrong spot when the uber drop me off.

The location was amazing! There were coffee shops, corner stores and restaurants all around. Anything we could need was a walk away.
For the size of the room the price of one night was incredibly expensive. I understand the price point was likely set to off set the convenience of the location.

The property was in a great location and had lots of great restaurants and shops around it including the ice cream shop downstairs.
My room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of service. I was not notified about this by either the hotel or Booking.com ahead of time and by the time I got there it was too late to find another option due to the film festival. I am not physically fit enough to be climbing all those stairs so was unable to use my room to make it worth the price. The staff were very helpful and did make runs up to my room for me and also carried my bag, but four flights of stairs with no notice is unacceptable. What if I had been disabled or in a wheelchair? How would that have been handled? My room was an accessible room that was very inaccessible.
