浴場のロッカーの鍵の開閉の仕組みが難しすぎます。
数字を打ち込んだ後でつまみを回転させることは明記されていなかった。

露天風呂から見る花火は最高でした。1点だけお風呂の照明が暗かったので、照明が調整できたらもう完璧です！

Every single thing. I have been all over the world and this is the best place, care, and location. When I think of resting and enjoyment I think of the chalet. The onsen, gym, our rooms the view, perfect in every way. But the best part of the place is the staff. They are kind, professional, attentive, are both there always but let you rest. They get to know you, and I’m so grateful to each of them and was please to make their acquaintance. They make this wonderful place work. The management should take note of their excellence. The property is modern and well cared for, spacious and comfortable. Some days we just stayed their to enjoy the hotel and it allowed for deep rest after nearly three months of travel.
I liked everything, a rental car is helpful for day trips and visiting the Ainu people and cultural center

Property new and good design
My son fell in the onsen area, resulting in bleeding on his head, but all emergency systems failed. Luckily, he was not inconcious. There was no one on board, and the phones couldn't connect with anyone. The onsen area was dirty because some Chinese customers threw their towels inside and no one cleaned it.
