The location is great, with easy access to public transport and restaurants and cafes nearby. The car parking was good. We managed to find a parking spot within easy reach. The flat was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery.and a lovely new kitchen and bathroom has new tiles and flooring. A large TV worked well and the internet worked really well. Live flowering orchids were a nice touch.
Its in a 20 story ex public housing complex and the approach is quite dirty and smelly. . The bed needs replacing. Springs creaking, its too soft,with all the support gone. While most of the apartment was very clean, the floors were not. Walking barefoot and then stepping into the bath left dirt in the bath. There are no safety rails in the bathroom and the bath is quite high off the ground so stepping in and especially out can be tricky. We overcame it by putting a towel in the bath when stepping out. A non slip mat would help but grab rails should also be installed. We may have done something wrong but clothes washing machine only washed hot., even when we thought we had selected cold, and spin cycle is not effective. Clothes came out quite damp.

Very clean with every little detail of items you may need when away from home. Nicely modernised and refurbished. We had a small problem with the TV, so gave the owner a quick bell for instructions. Instead he came right over and spent time with us and the TV. Very friendly and helpful.
The apartment block looks a bit older on the outside and found it hard to get to sleep due to some strange noises outside...could of been anything or nothing.

Good location, short walk to the King’s road, Kensington & Chelsea
It’s located in a tower block and the main entrance had an overwhelming smell of weed.
