Nous étions 4 adultes (avec nos grands enfants) dans une chambre familiale standard de 53 m2 . Vraiment impeccable en terme d’espace pour ses valises et rangement, 2 toilettes et 2 salles de bain/ douche c’était vraiment bien pour se préparer vite le matin pour nos visites. Lieu propre et agréable car récent , nombreux articles de toilette à disposition. Lit que j’ai trouvé trop ferme mais j’ai vite compris en poursuivant mon voyage que c’est la norme au Japon…Très bien situé avec toutes les lignes de métro/JR pour rejoindre de nombreux lieux de visite à moins de 10 mn de marche au travers de passages commerçants permettant d’acheter à manger .
Le point moins bien ce sont des fenêtres qui donnent sur des murs et aucune lumière du jour et rien à voir, donc de ce point de vue heureusement que nous y passions peu de temps

It is a hotel room, but you get a 3 room apartment, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and various other separate rooms. There is also a personal washing machine and a dryer in the hallway on the floor. The room layout is convenient. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and the neighborhood is pleasant. The hotel area has a rich selection of restaurants and access to the train station is convenient.

Very interesting location, right in the middle of the Nakano Izakaya area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Thank you!
Recommend putting some clothes hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors.

Good location in the heart of Nakano, right in the restaurant area, but taxis cannot access. Good value for money. Decent size room and washing machine in room. Room was quiet despite location. Good bathroom, good air-conditioning. I would make sure you are familiar with the district before booking. Staff were helpful when asked. Easy access to train station and many shops.
Lift was not operational until final day of stay. Staff not always there and not in any kind of uniform, but helpful when required. Room was very close to lobby which sometimes had groups of people chatting in it. Room is a good size for Tokyo but layout was awkward. No view. No taxi/car access. If you like being within a busy restaurant area it is great, but I prefer a little separation - at least a street!
