Bien apprécié le personnel, très aimable.
Accueil au desk.
Après avoir réservé une deuxième nuit, les cartes n'avaient pas été réactivée et nous dû redescendre à l'accueil pour la faire réactiver. Au départ, lors de la remise des clés, nous n'avons pas eu un seul regard, pas même un bonjour.

Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, tiện nghi, Wifi mạnh, TV có kết nối YouTube. Gần sân bay Schipol, có xe bus đưa rước sân bay - Ozo Hotel rất tiện. Miễn phí đưa từ sân bay về khách sạn. Phí di chuyển từ khách sạn ra sân bay có 6 EUR.

Nhân viên dọn phòng hơi chậm. Mình có bấm nút yêu cầu dọn phòng từ sáng mà 19:00 về lại phòng vẫn không thấy được dọn phòng. Khách sạn nên ưu tiên dọn phòng mà khách chủ động bấm nút yêu cầu dọn phòng trước.
Thực đơn buổi sáng chưa cập nhật mỗi ngày. Đồ ăn không có thay đổi. Nên thêm một món châu Á để thuận lợi cho khách châu Á dễ ăn hơn.

The room was spacious, and the area outside was quiet at night, which made it comfortable for sleeping.
Interestingly, one initially confusing experience turned into a positive one. The hotel had already taken payment for our stay, but we were then asked to pay a second time, which was confusing at first. However, the staff helped us resolve the issue quickly.
Unfortunately, there were several areas that could be improved. The staff seemed a little lost or uninterested. We were given the room key but no information about breakfast, shuttle options, or check-out, and reception did not always seem to be staffed at night.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our three-day stay, there was no body wash, and a broken mug was neither removed nor replaced. The cleaners mainly changed the towels and made the bed without checking or replenishing other items.
The location was inconvenient, with the nearest bus stop around a 20-minute walk away, limited public transport, and no shops nearby.
