Close to the beach every thing in working order
Alot of lizards in the garden and on the exterior. Can’t help that. None in the house

Great outdoor area. Great location nice neighborhood. Owner was very responsive. Regardless of the dislikes it was a safe neighborhood beach was excellent. It was quiet and peacefully. The condo itself was very very nice inside. Air conditioning was great. Pets welcome a big plus for our senior dog! Kitchen was amazing. Having a washer and dryer with kids a BIG PLUS! 9/10
I have small kids so entertainment was a key thing especially for cold and rainy days. I had to sweep, mop and clean as there was a lot of dog hair all over the place. The bathtubs were ok.

The place was nice and cozy. I loved the decor. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Communication with the owner was so easy.

Big kitchen, well appointed , comfortable living room. Spacious bedrooms. Only complaint was upstairs bathroom shower control knob was next to impossible to turn. I kept feeling it was going to break. Location was great, within walking distance to beach, and several restaurants very close by.
Entrance to building needs cleaning up.
